  • All pricing displayed on our website is transparent, honest, and free from hidden charges — unless specifically communicated to the client before engagement.
  • We operate in full compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to our business activities in India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  • Every website we build is designed and developed with genuine skill, care, and professional effort — tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual client.
  • We use industry-standard technologies, tools, and best practices in all our development work, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and related platforms.
  • All websites we deliver are tested for functionality, responsiveness across devices, and basic performance before being handed over to the client.
  • We do not outsource our client projects to unqualified third parties without the client’s knowledge or consent.
  • We strive to deliver every project on time as per the agreed timeline. In cases where delays are caused by circumstances within our control, we will communicate proactively and transparently with the client.
  • We continuously invest in improving our knowledge, skills, and tools to ensure our clients receive modern, high-quality digital solutions.

4. Declaration of Originality & Intellectual Honesty

We formally declare our commitment to originality and intellectual honesty in all our work:

  • All website designs and development work delivered by Shriharsh are either original creations or built using legitimately licensed themes, plugins, images, and assets.
  • We do not knowingly use pirated, nulled, or unlicensed software, themes, or plugins in any client project.
  • Where we use premium or third-party licensed tools (such as themes or plugins), we will clearly communicate this to the client. The client is responsible for understanding the licensing terms of such tools.
  • We do not claim ownership over any content, images, text, branding, or materials provided to us by the client. All such materials remain the intellectual property of the client.
  • Upon full payment, all original design and development work created specifically for the client’s project becomes the property of the client.
  • We do not replicate or directly copy another business’s website design. All designs are created fresh based on the client’s requirements, reference preferences, and our professional judgement.
  • Any testimonials, reviews, or case studies displayed on our website are from genuine clients and accurately represent their experience.

5. Declaration of Data Protection & Client Confidentiality

We formally declare our commitment to protecting the personal information and business data of every client:

  • We treat all client information — including business details, branding assets, content, communication, and project requirements — with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose any client’s personal or business data to any unauthorised third party, under any circumstances.
  • Client data shared with us during a project is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
  • We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect client data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
  • Upon request, we will delete a client’s project-related data from our records after the project is complete and the retention period has elapsed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Any additional charges beyond the package price — such as hosting, domain, third-party tools, or extra features — will be communicated to the client clearly before any such cost is incurred.
  • All payments are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and RBI-authorised payment gateway, ensuring secure and verifiable transactions.
  • We provide payment confirmation and project-related documentation to every client upon request.
  • We do not charge hidden fees or surprise the client with undisclosed costs after the project has commenced.
  • Our advance payment and refund policies are clearly documented in our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions, which are publicly available on our website.

8. Declaration of Commitment to Our Clients

9. Declaration of Limitations & Honest Boundaries

In the spirit of complete transparency, we also honestly declare what we cannot guarantee or control:

  • We cannot guarantee specific Google search rankings or SEO results, as search engine algorithms are controlled entirely by third parties such as Google.
  • We cannot guarantee business growth, leads, or sales through the website alone, as these depend on many external factors beyond our control.
  • We cannot be held responsible for third-party service outages such as hosting downtime, domain expiry, or payment gateway disruptions after delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee results promised by third-party tools, plugins, or platforms we may integrate into your website.
  • The performance of your website after delivery is dependent on ongoing maintenance, content updates, and hosting quality — for which the client assumes responsibility after the 30-day support period.

10. Governing Law

This Declaration, along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with this declaration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
